Atlas International Major Medical Overview
Eligibility*
Only US citizens and non-US citizens traveling outside of their home country excluding the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, and who are at least 14 days of age are eligible for coverage under Atlas International. Incidental trips to the US are permissible for US citizens only. The plan cannot be sold to citizens or residents of: Cuba, Iran, N. Korea, Sudan or Australia. However, Australian citizens residing outside of Australia are still eligible for this plan providing their destination is not Australia.

Affordable, annually renewable coverage for immigrants and foreign nationals. No Social Security number required. Optional maternity coverage with no waiting periods. Can be issued up to age 74.

Eligibility*
US and non-US citizens between 14 days and 74 years old and who reside outside of the US, as well as non-US citizens who cannot purchase health insurance within the US due to residency or citizenship status are eligible under Meridian.

Reside® Worldwide Medical Plan
Our most affordable international medical plan for anyone living outside the US. This plan is annually renewable as long as you reside outside the US for a minimum of 6 months. No residency or citizenship requirements.
Reside® Worldwide Medical Plan Overview
Eligibility*
US and non-US citizens residing outside the US at the time of application or departing the US within 30 days of the effective date and who are between 15 days and 74 years old are eligible for Reside Worldwide. US citizens must reside outside the US for at least 6 months within the certificate period; if the insured US citizen resides within the US for longer than 6 months, coverage will terminate.

US citizens residing outside the US or departing the US within 30 days of the effective date who are between 14 days and 74 years old, as well as non-US citizens between 14 days and 74 years old are eligible for CitizenSecure. US citizens must reside outside the US for at least 6 months within the certificate period. The plan cannot be sold to citizens or residents of: Cuba, Iran, N. Korea or Sudan.
