Eligibility*
Only non-US citizens who are at least 14 days of age up to 79 years old and are visiting the US are eligible for coverage under Atlas America. The plan cannot be sold to citizens or residents of: Cuba, Iran, N. Korea, Sudan or Australia. However, Australian citizens residing outside of Australia are still eligible for this plan providing their destination is not Australia.
